Single screw extruder is suitable for small and medium batch production of powder paints. The new extruder has novel design: Each circle of the screw rod is sectioned into three washers, which keep reciprocating motion during the rotation of the screw rod and change to seesaw motion when the rod finishes one circle of rotation. As a result, a fierce shear action is generated between the rotary screw thread and the three rows of pins with 120 degree angle there between mounted in the feeding drum of the extruder. Besides, PCS se0ries extruders adopt changeable modular processing unit to surround the screw so as to replace the worse pins easily.
